The RMP-1000, 2000, 3000 are a series of cost-effective rack mountable panels
that will allow most Litelink fiber optic transmitters, receivers,
transceivers, or patch panels to be mounted to a standard EIA 19" rack frame. The panels are
available in 1U, 2U and 3U configurations and may be used with either
external or integral mounted companion power supplies.
The simple nature of the rack mounting panels allows maximum space in the
rear of a rack enclosure for other equipment while still providing a rugged
mounting for the fiber optic equipment. When fully populated, an RMP has the
same front panel appearance as a common card-cage but at a significantly
lower overall cost.
